    I masturbate a ton and it develops my deltoids WAY more than my forearms. I’m kinda pissed about it actually, because I have rather small foreamrs haha. 16 inch arms, and tiny ass forearms :(

    Jeff, I have neglected by forearms for far too long. I did these workouts yesterday, and was I ever tired afterwards. I want to get my forearms big as fast as possible, so I am wondering how often I should work them. Like you said, we use these muscles all day long, so does that mean they can be worked almost everyday, like the abs? I’ve heard conflicting things on how often I should work the forearms, so your advice would be great, Thanks!

    the underneath grip wit the bar isn’t really needed. The one he did before already works the inside of the forearms properly.
