Shocking shortcut to abs: sixpackshortcuts.com In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I’ve been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It’s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging — and it only takes three minutes! It’s definitely one of the best cardio workouts at home that I know of. Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It’s extremely simple — you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here’s how to do this home cardio workout: Squat thrust — 10 reps Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump — 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total. Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan’s jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you’re in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction. When I use the elliptical, I burn 1000 calories in an hour. How many calories would I burn doing this in 3 minutes? And is it recommended to to do this twice a day? Cause I would for faster better results

@chaospowerful you will start to see results in about a month but you shouldn’t be doing this exercise routine 4 to 5 times a week … you need to do other routines as well cuz your body is used to the m-100s already. @DeanDean187 yes this will definitely help you burn fat. The way to burn fat is to burn more calories than you taking and this exercise will help you burn around 200-400 calories in 30 mins. @DeanDean187 Yes it will, definitely! But the key thing is that this workout is what’s called an “Afterburn Effect”. So while you workout, you burn energy and sugar, but not fat. However, the fat will decrease within 2-3 days due to the awesome Afterburn Effect.

my freaken thighs feel so heavy after my 2nd cycle…. probs cos im doing it too fast for a beginner….

I just did the whole thing without stopping… didn’t time it but when i started and finished it was less than 10min 4 sure. I just do this to get more endurance. I’m not fat or skinny nor tank. In fact i see sixpackshortcuts on youtube on the right tab so i had a look at this video. Interesting though, tough as. I might do this once a month for the fun. xD
@THEquigs07 thanks man I have been doing this for about 5 days now ima do it for a month hopefully I loose a couple of pounds it’s really tough to do but I push myself to finish and it’s a really great workout
How many calories do you burn estimated during this workout?
@DeanDean187 oh fuck yea. even just try it once. after doing it even as little as 2-3 times a week you’ll notice a big difference in your stamina and recovery within a month you’ll lose a ton of fat and weight. i really only do the cardio workouts from Shortcuts but the cardio workout work so many more muscle groups that you get a great lean muscle burn in bi’s, tri’s legs etc. These guys are awesome
