    Hey Marcus. I started training for muscle ups a few months ago. Ive been using different resting patterns to try to get better at them, resting 1 day in between, then 2 days and so on. I cant seem to get over 5 without using momentum. I was wondering if you guys do them everyday or how much you rest in between…

    @Drumheller477 Bodyweight training build inner strength.To lift heavy ,you have to lift weights.Inner strength.
    good for wrestling,boxing,martial arts,etc…If you combine lifting and bodyweight together then you can build all around strength

    @Drumheller477 It really does help you with weights, after not touching weights for about 3 years and only doing this stuff occasionally, I tried weights once for fun, DESTROYING my old max on bench and just about every workout.
